A PLEASANT STAY
House Rules
Studio Timor is next to our home in a quiet residential neighbourhood. These rules help keep the stay pleasant for guests, neighbours and ourselves.
Maximum two guests
The studio is intended for a maximum of two overnight guests. Only guests included in the booking may stay overnight. Additional overnight visitors require prior permission.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00 unless agreed otherwise. Close doors and windows carefully when leaving and follow the instructions for the key and key safe.
Quiet neighbourhood
Please respect our neighbours and keep noise at a normal level. Extra quiet is requested between 22:00 and 08:00. Parties, events and loud gatherings are not allowed.
No smoking
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside. Outside, please avoid nuisance and extinguish and dispose of cigarette waste carefully.
Pets
A pet is only allowed when discussed and confirmed in advance. Mention a pet before booking or contact us directly. Any additional arrangements or costs are agreed beforehand.
No full kitchen
Studio Timor has no full kitchen or hob. A fridge, microwave, air fryer, kettle and Nespresso machine are available for breakfast, snacks and simple meals. Personal hotplates, gas burners or other open-flame cooking equipment are not permitted.
Fire safety
Candles, open flames and other fire-hazardous activities are not permitted. Use electrical appliances according to instructions and report defects immediately.
Damage and inventory
Please treat the studio and inventory carefully and report damage or defects promptly. Reasonable repair or replacement costs may be charged in cases of intentional damage, gross negligence or loss.
Parking, charging and bicycles
Use the designated private parking space and keep access routes clear. Use of the EV charger or bicycles is only according to agreed terms and instructions. Always lock bicycles securely.
Waste and cleanliness
Leave the studio reasonably tidy and dispose of waste in the indicated place. Exceptional soiling clearly beyond normal use may result in reasonable additional cleaning costs.
Safety and access
Keys and access codes are only for registered guests. Do not share access codes with others. Report loss of a key or a safety incident immediately.
